Whatsup guys..
about 2 weeks ago, i just attended an interview which known as UTP educamp. muehehe. English beta ngongengeng sikit . so, im going to write this entry in both languages. seriously, for those yang rasa; "nak pergi ke tak eh / kalau prergi pun , for sure tak dapat nih / aku tak terror english pun / takut ahh" what ever your reason is, please , u've to go. get the experiences! alahh, awal2 beta pun tanak pergi. langkawi babe ! jauh tuhh. lebih dua marhalah. ehh ? haha. okayy.
straight to the point.
at first ( in the morning) got registration, talk and so on . beta sampai di UTP around 7.25am. tp beta dpt group B. so, for those yang nak dpt group A, datanglah, betul2 lepas subuh. haha. well, ada 5 group besar, A, B, C, D dan E. approximately, 200 persons per group. ( try usha blog org lain kalau nak tahu flow dari pagi , boleh usha kat sini ) contohnya, blog ni....
the interview session is the important part. so, i'm gonna talk about this part only. in the discussion room, u'll sit with ur group-mates. 5 persons per group. u'll be given a case study. each person in your group will be given a different study case but in the same topic. understood? it was like same topic but different sub-topic. i was in group B. the whole group B got the same topic which is sport policy. if i not mistaken, group C's topic is about advertisement. so, u'll be give some minutes to discuss the topic and prepare your points. there were two session of interview which are personal and grouping.
for the personal itv, the panel will ask u to describe yourself and a little bit about your family. tips: 1. prepare the script earlier, so, it will be easier for you to tell him/her 2.don't tell the panel about unimportant or fishy thingy that will make him/her ask more question. btw, all panels are very friendly. then, he/she will ask you to proceed with ur points of ur case study. just state your point and elaborate it well. broken english? agak2 lu olang lah kan, beta ni pandai english sgt ke ? dgn grammar yang byk salah ni ? hahha. beta tak pandai speaking tapi disebabkan nervous haritu , aku cakap english straight je. grammar tuhh biar kat tepi asalkan panel tu faham. tips:1.make sure your self-confident level is high. 2.dont show that you're too nervous. 3.communication skills , penting..
for the grouping part, panel will not ask anything. she/he will ask you to straight to discuss your study case. just cakap balik je point (case study) yang kita dah cakap time personal interview. cuma, kali ni kita kena pandai ahh, terima point org lain jugak. you'll be given 20mins to discuss. tips: 1.each person will tell their own point. 2.just accept other's point too. dont straightly say that you dont agree with ur friend's point or your marks will be deducted. politely say like this " i agree with your but based on my opinion......" . 3. dont conquer the discussion 4. don't forget to prepare your conclusion too.
if your panel give you a chance to ask question, please dare to ask... ade markah babe.. katanya~

1- eye contact
2- smile
3- high self-confident level
4- tawakal : D
